The reverse of the coin depicts Durga, a Hindu goddess and one of the most revered deities in Hinduism, whose name means the invincible. She is depicted as a warrior goddess, riding a lion and carrying weapons in her multiple arms. Durga represents the divine feminine energy and is considered a protectress of the universe. She is also associated with power, wisdom, and victory over evil forces. The obverse of the coin depicts the Coat of Arms of Cameroon and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" – the country of issue, "2024" - the year of issue, "2000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value and "1 OZ 9999 ARGENT PUR" – the weight and fineness of the Silver. All around, a floral decoration recalling the lotus plants.
