We can ship orders all over Australia and internationally (Please check if your country is accepting precious metals and collectable items) .
The delivery rates based on the delivery address, size, weight and value of your combine order (insurance).
Your order will be sent by Standard or Express Post with a tracking number.
International Shipping
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout. However, sometimes we need to calculate shipping cost manually. If the shipping cost is very high, not shown (or it is $0.00) in your shopping cart, please contact us and advise your order number or just let us know the ordered items and quantity, and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a shipping cost.
USA
Please be advised that due to current tariffs, all shipments to the USA are now being handled exclusively via UPS.

Items in stock: The timeframe for dispatch the orders usually 2-5 business days.
Pre-Order: For all pre-ordered Items the approximate delivery times are advised in the Items description. It can take up to 10 weeks to arrive. Sometimes, there is a delay in production or delivery of products. We will advise you regarding change of the delivery times for your items if you have them in your order.
Please note that it you have Pre-Order items in your order, we will hold your order till those items arrive.
If you wish to receive Items that are currently in stock first , you would need to make separate orders.

Payment Methods
We accept Credit Cards (via Stripe), Bank Transfer and Cash Payments ( for local Customers).
Please note that payments from international bank account are not accepted.

* Payment is required within 48 hours after placing the order. We accept payments via major credit cards or Australian Bank Transfer. Payments from international Banks are not accepted.

* No return Policy for "change of mind"

*Discounted prices for PREORDER items are subject to Full upfront Payment. Unpaid orders will be cancelled if not paid within 48 hours .
*Change of address - If you need to change the delivery address for any current or future orders, please contact us by phone +61 414 726 077. We recommend calling rather than emailing, as messages can occasionally be diverted to spam or trash folders.
