The 2026 Dragon and Horse coin from the renowned Perth Mint continues the acclaimed Chinese Myths & Legends series, celebrating its 10th anniversary. Struck from 1 ounce of .9999 fine silver in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality with a coloured finish, it combines investment value with powerful cultural symbolism. The reverse features a dynamic depiction of a dragon and a horse amidst stylised cloud motifs. In Chinese tradition, the dragon symbolises wisdom, strength and heavenly power, whilst the horse represents perseverance, speed and determination. Together, they embody the harmony of ambition and success. The reverse also features the date 2026 and the ‘P10’ mark commemorating the series’ anniversary, as well as a micro-engraved laser security feature confirming the coin’s authenticity. The obverse is adorned with the image of King Charles III, along with the inscription ‘CHARLES III AUSTRALIA’ and the denomination.
