The Queen's Gambit coin marks the second move in the Chess Battle series — an elegant tribute to the opening where a calculated sacrifice becomes a claim to initiative. In this 3 oz silver coin by MINT XXI, the Queen rises as the visual heart of the composition: poised, commanding, and impossible to ignore.
Struck in high relief, the scene gains dramatic depth and sculptural presence. Gilding, selective polishing, vivid digital printing, and an antique finish refine every gesture, square, and royal detail. At 65 mm, the coin becomes a stage where intellect meets beauty, and ambition takes its most elegant form.
Limited to only 500 pieces worldwide, Queen's Gambit advances the collection with unmistakable presence.
Some battles are won in the very first moves. The opening has been played. Now the board belongs to the Queen.
