Ghana 2023 - Unicorn Ag999 1 Oz Proof-Like

We are happy to present the first series called Unicorn from the Scottsdale Mint. On the reverse there is a figure of a unicorn – a mythical creature with a single, spiralling horn projecting from its forehead. A unicorn in a symbol of purity and innocence, as well as the fantasy and rarity. In the background, there is a castle and the stars, which is a reference to the magical aspect of this beast. The obverse portrays the Queen Elizabeth II, the year of issue 2023, the face value of 5 cedis, the silver purity of 999 and the weight of 1 oz. The magical character was also captured on this side of the coin, by gravering the stars around the profile of QE II.
The mintage is limited to 15 000 pcs.
